Awesome position.
Fine stay, stunningly beautiful place. Location just off nearest sky train station, a supermarket and sky train. Also, in a quiet neighborhood. Clean unit with a microwave, an electric kettle, and a stovetop.

We really enjoyed our stay at William Place. We booked it for 5 days and had a great experience. Our room featured a dining area, a seating area, and ironing facilities, which added to our comfort. the location is excellent as it's just a short distance from the SkyTrain station, making it very convenient to get around, and there's a supermarket nearby too! 😊.

I stayed at William Place for 6 nights and loved our choice. the room was equipped with a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave, making it very convenient. We enjoyed a lovely view of the river. I can highly recommend this place and would definitely come back here.

Comfortable beds but cleanliness issues
The beds at this place were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the overall cleanliness of the rooms was severely lacking, with various items left behind by previous guests and visible dirt and filth throughout the accommodations. Improvement in cleanliness and attention to detail is necessary for a more enjoyable stay.

The location was super convenient, close to the SkyTrain station. the room was in a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We did have a noisy neighbor incident in the middle of the night, but Kim was quick to handle it, so no harm done. 🌟.
